CORN CUTLET

Ingredients: A bowl of chana dal,a bowl of sweet corn,finely chopped onion & capsicum, 2 tsp of gram flour(besan),2-3 tsp of ginger-chilly paste, one tbsp of curd, a pinch of sodium bi-carbonate(soda),1\2 tsp of pepper, salt to taste & oil.

Procedure:Soak the chana dal for an hour & grind it. Now boil the sweet corn & crush them. Then add all the remaining ingredients alongwith a tsp of warm oil to chana dal & sweet corn & mix them well. Give desired shape to form cutlet & deep fry them. Serve them with green chutney.
